TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order from the convenience of your computer.

RETURNS

  • Refunds aren't given at anytime unless there is a manufacturing issue
  • Manufacturing issues will be reviewed by our team. When approved, we will begin processing the return
  • Refunds will only be issued when original item/packaging have been received
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

  • Unworn merchandise can be exchanged for colour issues ( based on availability)

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery

Merchandise cannot be worn and or washed

Merchandise must have all packaging

Earrings, cannot be returned for hygienic purposes
